This ground floor apartment is slightly larger than a garden apartment, with the only difference that it does not have a porch for eating outside the house.Parking in front of the house is free and plentiful, some are reserved.
Many vacationers prefer to stay in this apartment on the ground floor.
By ditching the porch, they spend less, but on the other hand, they can spend more vacation days at sea. These apartments also have the same furnishings as the others, but have a larger living room.
They are all fully furnished and consist of:

TIPOLOGIA APPARTAMENTO PIANO TERRA
Questo appartamento, risulta essere al piano terra, è appena più grande di quello sopra al piano giardino con la sola differenza che non ha il porticato per mangiare fuori.I parcheggi sono fronte casa, sono liberi e in abbondanza.
Ci sono molti vacanzieri che preferiscono soggiornare in questo appartamento al piano terra.
Rinunciano al porticato, spendono meno ma in compenso possono fare giorni in più di vacanza / mare. Anche questo appartamento ha gli stessi arredi degli altri ma col soggiorno più ampio.
Tutti sono completamente arredati e così composti:
- soggiorno-pranzo (28 mq)
- camera da letto matrimoniale (14 mq)
- cameretta con due lettini/matrimoniale – no letti a castello (7,50 mq)
