1 The booking is confirmed by a deposit (unless otherwise agreed), which must be sent by bank transfer or in accordance with other instructions to be sent by email or other means. The remainder of the agreed fee must be paid in cash or bank transfer on arrival.
2 Reservations canceled 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund of 100%. On the contrary, there will be no refund if the guest does not appear and does not give any messages, the apartment will be available until 12 noon of the day following the set for arrival, and subsequently it can be considered free, and then re-rented to other persons.
3 Reception (unless otherwise agreed) is set at the following hours: check-in from 14.00 to 20.00, check-out from 8.00 to 10.00. Clients must vacate the apartment at this time in order to tidy up the apartment before new clients arrive. In this regard, it is important to note that if the apartment is already vacant, the check-in can be carried out at any time, as well as the check-out, if there is no direct check-in.
4 Arrival and departure times must always be reported. The deadline for the completion of the apartment is agreed a few days before arrival. The client is made an appointment, which he is kindly asked to follow in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in time in the client's best interest.
5 Keys will only be delivered after the balance has been paid and, if required, after a security deposit of €. 100.00 in cash. A security deposit of €. 100 will be refunded at the end of the holiday after the property has been checked and any damage has been deducted.
6 The number of people during the stay must be as specified at the time of booking, the cancellation penalty and the relative loss of the advance. We reserve the right to refuse entry to a client who brings additional people, if it was not agreed in advance. It is also prohibited, unless previously agreed, to transfer the booking to other people for the rental period.
7 The presence of animals is not allowed under the threat of cancellation of the reservation and the relative loss of the advance. Not suitable for pets.

ADDITIONALLY
- The fee includes the consumption of water, electricity and gas. Air conditioning / heating, where available, according to consumption per meter, at a price (€ 0.40 per kW)
- Refrigerator, dishes, kitchen must be left clean before leaving; otherwise EUR 30.00 will be withheld. from the deposit
- The final cleaning fee is always € 80
